Dolphin is a godsend, Plasma is every day better (more stable, more responsive and prettier than ever), Kontact it's completely usable and on par with KDE3 (and let's wait for 4.2 and Akonadi), Kwin is gorgeus, we have the best Konsole release ever and everything is generally in good/very good shape.
